CoolShock Events Limited was launched by Chris Mansley, owner and director. Chris wanted to provide a project management service that would assist companies to attend or run an event with minimal hassle to themselves, in effect providing event logistics to anybody who produces or attends music festivals, shows, exhibitions, conferences or perhaps a stand in a shopping centre.

CoolShock Events was born when Jägermeister, one of the fastest growing drinks brands within the UK and rated as the 9th largest spirit brand in the world, were keen to make an impact within the UK festivals scene in an effort to maximise exposure and brand development. CoolShock Events having successfully tendered for this contract have since worked in partnership with Jägermeister to deliver this marketing strategy across the UK.

Since then CoolShock Events has successfully grown into two parts; music festivals and exhibitions. CoolShock Events manage everything from the point attendance is confirmed, to the event itself, through to cleaning and packing down. This can include initial design, managing the site location, storage, rigging, power, lighting, transport, event passes and de-rigging. Fundamentally we provide the entire infrastructure to make the clients stand work to its maximum ability with minimal input from the client. You notify us of an event, time and location and it will be there ready for when your turn up so you can do what you and your staff do best, which is market and sell! When you’ve finished will come in and pack your stand away and take it back to our secure midlands based storage facility to ensure it stays in peak condition for the next event so that you are free to go home or continue the party or networking event somewhere else.

On the festival side CoolShock has successfully managed a number of branded marketing events which include Download, Hard Rock Calling, Kings of Leon, Wakestock, Lovebox, Sonisphere, Creamfields, Relentless BoardMasters, London Ski Show to name a but a few.

On the exhibition and trade show side we have designed and built or simply setup a number of stands for Bowmore, Auchentoshan, Glen Grant, Yamazaki, Hibiki, Glen Garioch whiskies and have attended numerous events including Taste London, Taste Edinburgh, The Outdoor Show and specialist trade shows such as the NUS trade show in Birmingham.
