The CoolShock team aim to take care of all your needs; start to finish, even if that means starting from square one!

Once we establish ‘the brief’, that is to say, your core requirements, we then guide you through the ‘how’, our plan to manage your event successfully. This may include site visits to ensure you are allocated the most suitable pitch, meeting with other members of your team in order to discuss previous “lessons learned” or perhaps simply discussing the best logistical options.

CoolShock offer the team and know-how to manage any event, which can be the set-up of small trade stands or bars within small indoor locations, to the full build of show vehicles for 5 day events. We pride ourselves in making each event work even if it means working through the night!

Each event has equal importance to us and we believe it is vital that you gain the same exposure and achieve the same level of consistency at each and every event. This is because your stand is a reflection of your business so it has to be right, where ‘that will do’ simply is not good enough.

Most importantly we make sure you have a single point of contact, a Team Manager that is available to take care of an unexpected change or nagging doubt in your mind even if that is out of office hours!
