In most cases, brands that attend trade shows are forced to complete their own health & safety documentation and hire equipment from the events’ preferred suppliers in the form of a shell schemes, furniture, carpet, power and header signs. The problem is that the hire of such equipment is just for that event and the stand may look very similar to its neighbour and competitor. If a brand does have a trade stand then usually its the role of somebody in sales and marketing who is tasked to setup, the running of and derig of the stand at the end of the event, which is undoubtably hard work.
CoolShock will get involved from the point a client has agreed to attend a show and we work together with clients to develop a trade stand or activation that is unique, practical and can be reconfigured and used time and time again.
CSE have the capability to undertake all or part of; initial designs, fabrication of the stand, assessment of the plot, health & safety documentation and application, onsite set-up, event staff, merchandising, stock and cash management, power supply, lighting, transport and logistics, and stand removal.
At the end of an event, the stands are then taken back to the CSE storage facility along with any left over stock or POS. Stock and point of sale is often stored at the warehouse during events so it can be delivered to site if the client is running low.
